Our Return Policy: For products ordered directly from Learning By Design, if you are not completely satisfied with the product you received, simply return all product components, including packaging, manuals and software, in re-saleable condition within 30 days of receipt of your order and you will receive a full refund less shipping and handling. If a returned product is not in original condition, a restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.Damaged or defective product may be exchanged free of charge within 30 days of receipt. ALL SALES ARE FINAL AFTER 30 DAYS. After 30 days and for up to twelve months from date of receipt, damaged software media may be replaced with the identical product for a fee of $25 per disk plus shipping and handling. A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER IS REQUIRED FOR ALL RETURNS. We reserve the right not to issue a Return Authorization Number until outbound shipping & handling fees have been paid.
