Are preview copies of your products available?
Product samples and demo CDs are available for many of the products we sell. Simply click on the Request free product sampler link located on the products pages of our website.
Preview copies are not available; however, all products sold by Learning by Design
carry a 30-day satisfaction guarantee.
If you are not
completely satisfied with a product for any reason, simply return it to us in re-saleable condition within 30 days and you will
receive a full refund, minus shipping and handling fees.
What is your return policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with the product you receive, received, simply return ALL product components—packaging,
manuals and software—in re-saleable condition within 30 days of receipt of your order and you will receive a full refund
less shipping and handling.
If a returned product is not in original condition, a restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Damaged or defective product may be exchanged free of charge within 30 days of receipt.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL AFTER 30 DAYS.
After 30 days
and for up to twelve months from date of receipt, damaged software media may be replaced with the identical product for a fee of $25
per disk, plus shipping and handling.
A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER IS REQUIRED FOR ALL RETURNS.
We reserve the right not to issue a
Return Authorization Number until outbound shipping and handling fees have been paid.
